Cancellation policy

You are entitled to cancel your booking up to 90 days before the booked arrival date without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an booking free of charge is 90 days prior the date of your booked arrival date or on which a third party you have appointed.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement within the given time period.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the booking cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for cancellation:

In order for the cancellation to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The cancellation was made to us directly, either by email or WhatsApp

• You receive your booking cancellation confirmation from us, either by email or WhatsApp

The following refunds apply for cancellation of bookings at Casa dei Leoni:

• Up to 90 days prior booked arrival date: Free of charge - 100% refund.

• 90 - 60 days prior booked arrival date: Partial refund 50%.

• 59 - 31 days prior booked arrival date: Partial refund 40%.

• from 30 days prior booked arrival date: No refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any booking that does not meet the above cancellation conditions at our sole discretion.

Cancellation requirements

You are responsible for the accuracy of cancellation of your booking to us.

We cannot be held responsible for cancellation refunds without our cancellation confirmation. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of your booking and/or cancellation request.
